Oh, the Places he will go!

Valentine's Day weekend was an eventful one! Friday night Marcy, Jackson, and Cameron came over. Marcy and Addison hung the saying, "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" over the closet door in Turner's room. It looks great! I received my diaper bag in the mail as well. I was VERY happy--like a new purse! :)
Nothing makes Valentine's Day weekend more romantic then attending our full day birthing class on Saturday. I was glad we went. It did answer many questions and somewhat too much information from time to time. It got me excited for the big day! Luckily, the lady was highly entertaining. We then went home to enjoy a very relaxing, wonderful meal of steak, potatoes, and asparagus/green beans. We topped it off with a movie and cheesecake! (I even made it through the entire movie!) Addison even lit candles and we used placemats :)! It was very nice to just spend time at home. Today, I had a lot of errands to run in order to get ready for the week. Turner bought Daddy a John Deere book to read to him! Addison has been hinting on wanting some John Deere things...like there's not YEARS of all of that to come. I bought Turner a little Hoot Owl for Valentine's Day while we were out and about!
Looking forward to the next six weeks...I can't believe it's only six more weeks!! Yeah!

My diaper bag hanging from the crib ready to go!

Cried when I walked in the room!!

The big showing was today with all of Turner's curtains and bedding in the room!! It looks SOOO good!! You know how you have a picture in your head about what it will look like and this exceeds any expectation I could of ever imagined.
I can't wait to start adding accessories! I was in awe of how cute it looked. Sonya and Lydia greeted me at the door and as soon as I walked in I cried because it was so cute! Addison loves it!

Target Disclaimer :)

I got home from work and Addison said he read the blog today. He had NO CLUE where the Black and Decker set came from. He promises he did not register for it. He thought I made it up. It was on there, but my dear husband said he NEVER went near the tool section :) Gotta love it! He greeted me today with flowers and the eggs I needed to bake cookies for Haiti tonight. Even if he did register for the tools, he probably deserves them for what a great guy he is! :)

32 and counting!

If it wasn't for babycenter.com, I would probably never know what week I am in. I will be that mother who has to stop and figure out how many weeks Turner is. I will probably be a more 'month' kind of mom :). I am still feeling great! Since Friday I've been off work and it's been SO nice. I love not feeling dead to the world around 3:00! I got so much accomplished on my days off. We did have a beautiful snowy hill that never got used because Addison was stranded in Baltimore until Sunday, but it will get plenty use for years to come with Turner!

Addison and I registered tonight at Target. I have been trying to prepare myself for it, but we really had no clue what we were doing. Luckily, Marcy knows me and made a list for me! (She's the best!) I brought it and my highlighter--I still am not sure if I did everything correctly. When I got home, I did notice Addison registered for a Black and Decker home tool set. I took it off. He also wanted to register for Tupperware ?? I was trying to just figure out what was the difference between the three bouncer things that seemed different but couldn't find out what they did. I mean, I've been to my round of baby showers, but I still had no clue. I kept on looking at Addison on what to get and he would just stare at me blankly. Towards the end I started getting REALLY hungry and I was ready to go. Hopefully a car seat is on there somewhere... :)
